Phishing Emails Circulating: What Customers Should Know

Phishing emails are circulating again, with some messages designed to look very real. Here’s what you should what to watch for and how to protect your account.

Premier Communications is reminding customers to stay alert as phishing emails continue to circulate from compromised accounts. These messages may look legitimate and can even appear to come from a trusted Premier Communications email address.

Some emails use subject lines like “Keep Your Email Access” and ask recipients to “confirm” or “update” their account. While the links may resemble official webmail addresses, they can lead to fake login pages.

Customers may also notice that these login pages look slightly different than usual, such as missing logos, unusual formatting, or unexpected error messages.

As always, Premier Communications will never ask customers to verify account information through an email link.

To stay protected, customers should avoid clicking suspicious links, type the webmail address directly into their browser, and double-check website URLs before entering login credentials. If something doesn’t seem right, it’s best not to enter any information.

If you receive a suspicious email, please report it to our team and delete it.

Premier Communications is continuing to monitor the situation and remains committed to keeping customers informed and protected.
