April 15 Notice: New Phishing Emails

Another round of phish-y emails are being sent to Premier customers. Here’s what you need to know!

Premier Communications is reminding customers to stay alert as a new round of phishing emails are being sent that falsely appear to be from Premier.

These messages reference updates to “Terms of Service” or “Privacy Policy” and can look legitimate at first glance. They are coming from non-official or suspicious email addresses and encourage recipients to click a link to review or accept changes. Customers may notice red flags such as unfamiliar sender addresses, urgent language, or requests to take immediate action.

While the emails may resemble official communication, the links can lead to fraudulent websites designed to collect login or personal information.

As always, we will never ask customers to review and accept Privacy Policies or Terms of Service to use your account through an email link.

What you should do:

  • Do not click any links or download attachments
  • Delete the email immediately
  • Mark the message as spam or phishing
  • Contact Premier Communications directly if you are unsure

Premier Communications is continuing to monitor the situation and remains committed to keeping customers informed and protected.
